I'm so glad I didn't have lasting effects from Bells Palsy (other than the occasional tingling). Strange that they made you wean on steroids and they told me to keep it up. ?? I also had bells palsy and it was HORRIBLE. People just didn't understand what the big deal was about not moving your face!!!! It actually served to make me incredibly depressed (added to the fact that they made me ween my son b/c they gave me steroids which did not help).
